The advance payment for pre-order is non-refundable.

Pre-order early bird discount is applicable for order placed within stipulated period only, and will return to standard RSP after early bird period.

Product is/are sold in factory sealed condition and I/we do not responsible for any manufacture defects. Please DO NOT accept any products if they are not in sealed condition.

Pre-order is also subject to distributor release date and changes in stock availability.

Pre-order release date is highly subjected to changes and solely rely on the readiness of the distributor/the brand. We DO NOT accept any cancellations for reason of delay in the manufacturing process.

We DO NOT recommend buyer to place any pre-order if you need the toy urgently or within an intended date for any purpose.
No Coverage for Damages
Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of the products, we do not cover or accept returns for items that are received in a damaged condition.
Each toy undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process conducted by the brand itself. However, minor imperfections are expected due to the nature of the products.

Lost Mail:

In the event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

Our logistic company provides coverage for lost mail up to SGD 100.00.

To initiate a claim for lost mail, please provide us with the necessary details, including your order number and shipping information.

Damaged Items:

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely; however, we do not cover any damages incurred during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and reporting any issues to the carrier immediately.
