Our logistic company provides coverage for lost mail up to SGD 100.00.

To initiate a claim for lost mail, please provide us with the necessary details, including your order number and shipping information.

To ensure timely processing and delivery of your orders, please take note of our weekly shipping schedule:
Payment made by Tuesday:
Orders with confirmed payment by Tuesday will be scheduled for shipment or driver pick-up on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Payment made after Tuesday:
Orders with payment confirmed after Tuesday will be processed for delivery the next available Monday or Tuesday (subject to readiness). If not included, they will be scheduled for the subsequent Monday or Tuesday.
