Lost Mail:

In the event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

Our logistic company provides coverage for lost mail up to SGD 100.00.

To initiate a claim for lost mail, please provide us with the necessary details, including your order number and shipping information.

Damaged Items:

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely; however, we do not cover any damages incurred during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and reporting any issues to the carrier immediately.

Pre-Order Fulfilment
Eligibility Criteria for
Staggered Delivery Fee
1. Order is fully paid
The pre-order order or invoice must be fully paid at point of the order. If payment is made only when the toy has arrived or released, the staggered delivery fee will not be applicable and standard shipping fee of $5.30 will be applied.
2. Staggered Fee Structure
Tier 0 at $3.50: Between 1 to 3 Pre-Order items to eligible for shipping fee at $3.50.
Tier 1 at $2.50: Between 4 - 7 Pre-Order items to eligible for shipping fee at $2.50.
Tier 2 at $1.50: Above 8 Pre-Order items to eligible for shipping fee at $1.50.
Additional fee of $3.00 will apply for bulky item such as diorama.
Shipment Consolidation
Customer may choose to ship their pre-orders immediately at standard shipping fee of $3.50 for below minimum quantity order. However, we will also provide "Storage Services" for consolidating of the order in order to meet the minimum quantity order.
"Storage Fee" of $0.01 per day per item will be applied until the shipment date. Free storage period is also provided for the thirty (30) days.
