How to place your order and refund policy?

Place your order from our official store and PayNow to 89141714 (Sipokaz) to confirm your order. For pre-order and releasing soon products, the payment is 50% deposit of the total order. In event that toy release has been delayed for more than 3 months from the indicative launch date, we will offer a 100% refund of the deposit. In all or any other circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable if buyer has decide to withdraw his/her purchase. Note: Payment requirement for pre-order is 50% of total order only.
